1. Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
– The highest paying nurse position is a CRNA. The average yearly salary is upwards of over $100,000. A CRNA is responsible for administrating anesthesia
during surgery. This position requires great technical skills and less in the way of people skills. While it does require longer schooling, the payout may
just be worthwhile.

– With this position, your focus will be on the elderly. Your main responsibilities will include diagnosing illness, prescribing medications and conducting
exams and more. Many Gerontological Nurse Practitioners work in long term care facilities, assisted living communities as well as with home health care
providers and hospice facilities. With this degree you can even run your own private practice.
10. Neonatal Nurse
